Creating a Team

Set up your team with branding.

Why Use Teams?#

Teams let you collaborate with others on your SlyDuck projects:

  • Share project access with team members or clients
  • Control what each person can see and do
  • Add your branding to reports
  • Manage billing for team members separately from projects

Creating Your Team#

To create a team:

  1. Click Teams in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Team
  3. Enter a name for your team
  4. Optionally add a description
  5. Click Create

You'll automatically become the Owner of the team.

Team vs Personal

You can use SlyDuck without creating a team. Teams are optional and mainly useful when you need to collaborate with others.

Team Branding#

Customize your team's appearance:

Team Logo

Upload a logo that appears on:

  • The team dashboard
  • Generated reports
  • Shared report pages

Brand Color

Set a primary brand color used for:

  • Accents in reports
  • Team identification in the sidebar

Setting Up Branding

  1. Go to your team's settings
  2. Click Branding
  3. Upload your logo (recommended: 200x200px PNG)
  4. Select your brand color
  5. Save changes

Agency Use

If you manage projects for multiple clients, create separate teams for each client with their own branding. Reports will automatically use their logo.
