Docs/Integrations/Vercel Integration

Vercel Integration

Link your Vercel deployments.

What It Enables#

Connecting Vercel provides additional context about your deployments:

  • Deployment Status: See the current deployment status
  • Deployment URL: Link to your Vercel project
  • Environment Info: Track which environment is deployed

Optional Integration

Vercel integration is optional. All core SlyDuck features work without it. This integration adds deployment context to your project.

Connecting Vercel#

To connect your Vercel project:

  1. Go to your project's Settings tab
  2. Find the Vercel section
  3. Click Connect Vercel
  4. Sign in to Vercel and authorize SlyDuck
  5. Select the Vercel project to link
  6. Click Connect

Matching Projects

For best results, connect the Vercel project that deploys the same site you're monitoring. This ensures deployment information matches your uptime and performance data.

Deployment Information#

Once connected, your project shows:

  • Latest deployment status (ready, building, error)
  • Deployment timestamp
  • Quick link to Vercel dashboard

Activity Integration

Vercel deployment events can appear in your activity feed, helping you correlate deployments with other project events.

Troubleshooting

If a deployment fails and your site goes down, you'll see both the Vercel deployment error and the uptime alert in your activity feed, making it easy to identify the cause.
