Scheduled Reports

Set up automatic report delivery.

Setting Up Scheduled Reports#

To set up automatic report delivery:

  1. Go to the Reports page in the dashboard
  2. Click Schedule Reports
  3. Select the project you want to schedule
  4. Choose the frequency
  5. Add recipient email addresses
  6. Click Create Schedule

Scheduled reports are generated and sent automatically at your chosen frequency.

Frequency Options#

Choose how often to send reports:

  • Daily: Sent every day at 9 AM UTC
  • Weekly: Sent every Monday at 9 AM UTC
  • Monthly: Sent on the 1st of each month at 9 AM UTC
  • Quarterly: Sent on the 1st of each quarter at 9 AM UTC

Report Coverage

Each scheduled report covers the period since the last report:

  • Daily reports cover the previous 24 hours
  • Weekly reports cover the previous 7 days
  • Monthly reports cover the previous month
  • Quarterly reports cover the previous 3 months

Managing Schedules#

View and manage your scheduled reports from the Reports page:

  • View All: See all schedules across your projects
  • Enable/Disable: Toggle a schedule on or off without deleting it
  • Delete: Remove the schedule entirely

You can see when each schedule was last sent and when it will send next.

Adding Recipients

You can add multiple recipients to any scheduled report. Each recipient will receive their own copy of the email.

Client Updates

Use scheduled reports to keep clients informed without manual effort. Set up monthly summary reports for each client project.

Multiple Schedules

You can create multiple schedules for the same project. For example, send a weekly uptime report to your team and a monthly summary to your client.
