Exporting Activity Data
Export activity logs for auditing.
Export Options#
Export your activity data in multiple formats:
- CSV: Spreadsheet format for Excel or Google Sheets
- JSON: Structured data for programmatic processing
- PDF: Formatted report for documentation
How to Export
- Go to the Activity tab (project or global)
- Apply any filters you want
- Click the Export button
- Choose your format
- Download the file
Filtered Exports
Exports respect your current filters. If you've filtered to show only uptime events, the export will contain only uptime events.
Advanced Filters#
Use advanced filters for precise exports:
- Date Range: Export activity from a specific period
- Event Types: Include only certain event types
- Projects: Filter to specific projects (global feed only)
Date Range Selection
- Last 24 hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Custom range (pick start and end dates)
Common Use Cases#
Compliance Auditing
Export all activity for a date range to demonstrate monitoring and maintenance activities for compliance requirements.
Client Reporting
Export activity filtered to a specific project to show clients what work has been done on their site.
Incident Investigation
Export activity around a specific date to investigate what happened before, during, and after an incident.
Regular Exports
For compliance purposes, consider setting up a monthly routine to export and archive your activity data.
